Trauma is not always a single event. It can also be the repeated experience of feeling unsafe, unseen, responsible for others, emotionally alone, or unable to be fully yourself. Those experiences can continue to shape how you relate, trust, rest, and protect yourself.
In therapy, we work with curiosity and care. We look at what happened, how you adapted, and what those adaptations are still trying to do for you today.
